Connie graduated from Saint Leo University with her Master's in Business Administration and Accounting. Connie is both an IRS Enrolled Agen and an Oregon Licensed Tax Consultant. She is a dynamic, highly analytical, and results-driven professional with a career encompassing over 20 years of diverse accounting and financial experience. She has a passion for helping others build their businesses to their fullest financial potential through timely, accurate, and relevant information that is compliant with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and best practices.
During her off time, Connie enjoys spending time outdoors, camping with her family, and traveling.

Vincent Marquardo

Vincent graduated from Saginaw Valley State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and master’s level classes in personal and business taxation. He then went on to attain his license as an IRS Enrolled Agent, the highest licensure issued by the IRS.
He began his career as a staff accountant, where he learned the ins and outs of full cycle accounting and tax preparation. As one of the first staff accountants for Dominguez Accounting, Vincent played a key role in building the foundation on which the company was built. His continued commitment to trust, excellence, and integrity has helped us provide exceptional services to our clients.
Vincent currently lives in Connecticut and his hobbies include playing video games, cooking, and spending lots of time with his wife and two kids.

Nicholl Summers

Nicholl graduated from University of Alaska Anchorage with bachelor's degrees in Finance, Management and Marketing. Additionally, she holds an AAS in Small Business Administration. Nicholl owned a small business for five years, so she understands the challenges that independent business owners face in establishing and growing their businesses.
Nicholl has over 20 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on community building and cultivating B2B relationships. Nicholl is very active in her local community, organizing community service initiatives such as trail cleanups, food and clothing drives. She has also volunteered with several non-profit organizations in a variety of positions over the past 20 years.
Nicholl homeschools her three children and spends her free time with them exploring. She currently lives with her family in Maine, where she enjoys gardening, hiking, camping, yoga and road trips.

Morgan Mathew Eames

Morgan graduated from University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication and New Media.
She began her career with Dominguez Accounting as the Office Manager in 2021 and played a key role in building the foundation of the company. During her original employment with Dominguez Accounting, she realized her passion for accounting and rejoined the team in early 2025 as a Staff Accountant. Her continued commitment to trust, excellence, and integrity has helped us provide exceptional services to our clients.
Morgan currently lives in Oregon and her hobbies include collecting and building Legos, reading, home DIY projects, and spending lots of time with her husband, three dogs, and seven chickens.

Greyson Mathews Eames

Greyson comes to Dominguez Accounting with 5 years as a registered financial advisor and another 4 years prior to that as an event specialist and planner in the Salem Area. His background in finance gives him a unique prospective towards taxes and the ability to look at each tax return from a tax planning perspective.
Being a self-proclaimed "professional coffee drinker," he prefers to meet people where they’re at and develop genuine relationships. As president of a local networking organization and lead volunteer for other local networking groups and non-profits, it's important to him to be involved in the community.
In his free time he enjoys karaoke and spending time with his wife, 3 dogs, and 7 chickens.

Alex Rice
Office Manager/ Payroll
Alex brings several years of banking, home loan, and accounting experience with her. She is continuing her education in accounting with a focus on taxes and strives to learn a new language, Spanish, in the process.
Outside of work Alex enjoys baking and cake decorating as a hobby. But her favorite pastime is spending the summers camping with her husband their three boys, and their French Bulldog, Fiona.

Braden is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and has completed various bookkeeping courses. He is dedicated to achieving proper accounting practices that allow for major benefits in money management.
He is also a musician and dog lover. He enjoys his time off at public dog parks or live music events.

Laura Reed

Tax Preparer
Laura brings seven years of private practice experience preparing returns for individuals, sole proprietors, and the self-employed. She is a participant in the IRS‘s Annual Filing Season Program and has completed various courses in taxation, accounting, and payroll.
On the creative side, Laura is a published author with a Master’s degree in Children’s Literature and writes fiction in her spare time. She lives in Arizona with her husband, and enjoys reading, traveling, and relaxing by the pool, especially when her children or grandchildren visit.
